I am Samantha Walford, founder of Walford and Associates Inc. I started this firm because I saw a gap, not in legal expertise, but in legal approach. Too often, the law is experienced as something that happens to people rather than something that works for them. Processes that should resolve conflict instead amplify it. Systems designed to restore order end up creating more disorder. And the people caught in the middle, individuals, families, business owners, are left feeling overwhelmed, unheard, and worse off than when they started.

I wanted to build something different.
